Speak freely. Treat people like people.
Share honest experiences, disagree, joke, and use ordinary swear words. Criticism of a service or opinion is allowed. These rules apply to profiles, Shorts, reviews, comments, public tour chats, and messages.
What crosses the line
- Discriminatory slurs, dehumanization, or violence against people because of their identity.
- Direct threats, targeted bullying, sexual harassment, or encouraging someone to harm themselves.
- Sexual exploitation, explicit sexual content, or graphic violence.
- Sharing someone else’s private identifying information, impersonation, or spam.
Discussing a difficult experience or mental health issue is allowed. A topic being upsetting, criticism being negative, or a disagreement being heated does not by itself justify removal.
How moderation works
Business profiles require owner approval. Shorts and comments normally post without individual preapproval; Shorts appear only for approved profiles. A narrow automated text filter blocks clear high-risk phrases in titles and posts. It is not a complete language or context detector. It does not inspect a video’s imagery or spoken audio.
Use Report on a Short, comment, review, or public tour message. Choose a reason and add details, including a video timestamp when useful. One report enters the owner’s safety queue. Three distinct signed-in accounts reporting the same content temporarily hide it for review. Reports do not automatically establish a violation; the owner can remove, restore, or dismiss reports.
Do not report content just because you dislike an opinion. Do not organize false reports. Moderation mistakes can happen; request a review through the contact form and include the content title or link, without submitting private application or payment details.
